By downloading, installing, or using YearMark ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

YearMark is a personal memory journal application that allows you to:

• Record voice notes and text entries
• Process entries using AI to extract categories and sentiment
• Organize memories in a timeline
• Mark and track important life milestones
• Export your memories

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes limited AI processing entries per month. Export is limited to the most recent 50 memories.

3.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscription offers:

• Unlimited AI processing
• Unlimited export
• Priority support
• Access to future premium features
